Can I return or exchange an item after purchase?
Since our diamonds carry market value and to ensure every client receives a brand-new piece, we do not offer buy-back or returns.

Yes. You can bring your own design or let our team design for you free of charge.

When should I re-plate my diamond or gold ring?
Rhodium plating fades over time. We recommend re-plating every 3–5 years or when prongs/front areas turn yellow, to avoid frequent polishing that reduces gold weight.
How should I clean my diamond ring at home?
- Warm water + 5–10 drops of dish soap
- Use a soft toothbrush on the surface and under the stone
- Rinse, pat dry with soft cotton cloth, then blow-dry
- Gemstone jewelry: Use non-abrasive cleaners, avoid ultrasonic/boiling
- Pearl jewelry: Wipe with a soft cloth; avoid soaking & sprays
Do all products come with a Certificate?

Can I resize my jewelry? How long does it take?
- In-store items: approx. 2–3 hours
- Pre-owned items: around 10 days (QC + re-polish/re-plate)
