Since our diamonds carry market value and to ensure every client receives a brand-new piece, we do not offer buy-back or returns.

Exchanges: You can redesign your jewelry using your existing diamond. Design service is free, with no extra charge.

Yes. You can bring your own design or let our team design for you free of charge.
Lead time: Express ~ 7 days / Standard ~ 1 month (depends on jewelry type such as rings, necklaces, earrings).
Rhodium plating fades over time. We recommend re-plating every 3–5 years or when prongs/front areas turn yellow, to avoid frequent polishing that reduces gold weight.
  1. Warm water + 5–10 drops of dish soap
  2. Use a soft toothbrush on the surface and under the stone
  3. Rinse, pat dry with soft cotton cloth, then blow-dry
Precautions
  • Gemstone jewelry: Use non-abrasive cleaners, avoid ultrasonic/boiling
  • Pearl jewelry: Wipe with a soft cloth; avoid soaking & sprays
